Hello people, so I have been trying to tweak ths diet. Took a lot of info in from the board and come a long way from my old 2 meal a day rubbish diet. I am hoping the structure of the diet will help me progress. Criticism welcome

Hi all. I am relatively new to the board but I have been weight training for around 4 months now and got really serious into it at the start of January. All is going well at the minute and I am lifting heavier than ever now and making some real progress.
