does anybody incoroprate these to their workout? ive dabbled with them a few times but i cant decide whether or not i like them!..
ive noticed a few variations of this workout. some done with weights and some bodyweight only.
basic principle- 6 exercises, 50 reps on each. dont move on to next exercise until all 50 reps completed. this is the one ive been doing 1-2 times a month.

i tried this for one 8 week cycle for a hol, id say i did it 90% to the book.
start diet: 11st 10lb. bf 12-13%
after 8 weeks: 11st 8lb. bf 8% for me the book is definitely worth a read for the lesser nutritionally educated like myself. ..
