What is the best method to loose fat? If an average guy needs 2500 Kcal per day, is it better to:
A)Eat 2500 and burn 700 through exercise
or B)Eat only 2000 and still burn 700 through exercise
Is B using muscle for energy? Many thanks Andy..
I have recently started back training (10 weeks or so) and am geting far more into it than ever before. Going 5-6-7 times a week) I alternate days doing building Monday - Wednesday - Friday and sometimes Sunday
and Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday I do fatburn. Normally 50-60 mins on the cross train..
I know that smaller meals more often are better than 3 large meals, but what should I be looking at as a maximum intake of calories, before the body stops being able to absorb it and it goes to fat?
