Just wondering how you go about it? I really need to revise my diet but I am in two minds as to whether to set a daily food plan that's the same each day and allows for a cheat meal a week or whether day-to-day counting of macros is the way forward.

Current stats: 5ft3, 154lbs, bf roughly 34%
Weight lift and haven't bulked previously as I need to lose bodyfat first and hoping to bulk come September!

Been training for a few months now and I'm extremely interested in competing, never done a comp before. I'm 23, 5ft3 and looking to compete on figure level... however when searching for comps it confuses me completely!
