most nutritional information is based on people needing to lose weight
seems to me things like eggs,liver,wholemeal carbs and general natural foods are packed full of nutrients.
is the 5 a day rule based on a diet of pies,pastries,chocolate n general fast,easy foods.
i do realise that 5 a day is ..
