Quick question, I need a squat rack that I can use a six foot bar in, and I don't have the height for a cage otherwise I would get one. What are your thoughts on this ebay one?
I've been doing a this stack for just over a week, and the past few days my nipples are sensitive and a bit puffy. Today the right one looks odd too. I reckon its the start of gyno.
Any ideas what to do? Obviously stop the stack, but should I take anything to stop the possible gyno?..
