with so many tasty and different types of oils out there, it is hard to choose which to have with my meals!
at the moment, i am using tasty canola oil, which i usually drizzle on salads, and my pasta tuna lunch.
before that i used Rice bran oil

i have recently found that i can lift alot more with my calves than my hamstrings and my quads - hence i have reduced my calve workouts and increased how much i work on the rest of my legs.

I have borrowed some cones off a friend of mine, so i can do shuttle runs in the park when i go for a run.
he gave me the idea of doing them at the gym though, since we have a basketball court that is usually empty when i go. When exactly would be best

so for the past year or so, i have worked my abs 1-2 times a week, i usually throw them in on leg day or back day. I use a sit up bench, and as sit ups got easier, i increased the decline of the bench to make them harder.
