Calluses are giving me a few issues over the last session or two, any tips to prevent them giving me jip while I'm training or do I just putup with it?..
I've had a few rotator cuff (right shoulder) issues and am just trying to improve my shoulder strength as I'd like to do a novice comp in 2011. My overhead is lagging behind my squat/dead lift/ carry work. Any tips/ methods of training to improve? Cheers..
