    Hi guys i have a slight weakness that only appears when i do d/b shoulder press, wen pushing 25kg thats just abouy my limit i know i can go to 27.5 but its getting the d/b up, my right side is not a problem but wen i try to flip my left up i cant, slight twinge. What i wanna kno is can i just subtit..

    Currently on a Halo cycles 2 1/2 weeks in. Obviously wanting to get the most out of my cycle, i usually train 4 times a week, being on cycle could i up the training as my recovery time is prob alot better and quicker?..

    Got Given a free pot of H-drol by CEL from a mate, so one week in @75mg Ed, 3 caps spread evenly. This works out at 4weeks on cycle, would 4 weeks be anygood or should i buy another pot and go for 6-8 weeks? Also does it matter that the next pot will be off a diff supplier ie dragon?..
