Everytime bisping fights a hard puncher i think he's gonna get caught and put out but im always wrong and he wins. But Vitor is another level boxing wise ! Bisping has to wrestle and tire him out for a round or 2

The owner of the gym i train at would love to have Dorian come down for the day but its pretty expensive so he doesnt know if he'd get enough people down to afford it !

Got my tub on friday like everyone else and couldnt wait for this morning to try it.
Had the 2 scoops on the way to the gym, like everyone else i got fruit punch and really liked the taste of it, it mixed perfectly in only a couple of shakes and left
