thought I'd pop in and say alright guys. Sitting at 217 lbs, 27% BF at the moment (I know, I know..) at 6'0" - age 41. Trying to get to 15% BF in 6 months and then move onto 11 - 12% by next Xmas. Anybody think this unrealistic? Note: I do suffer lower back pain, work away from home living in hotels..
Is this the best way to get some of this ugly flab off quick or should I concentrate more on cardio/add more cardio. I'm eating 1600 cals: 145g protein(lean meat, eggs &whey), 145g carbs (fruit n veg) + 50g fat (nuts, oily fish). When I'm not working out my job entails sitting on my fat arse!! N..
