At the moment I'm doing the following:
Monday: Biceps 20 sets
Tuesday: Shoulders & Triceps 20 sets
Wednesday: Back & Chest 20 sets
Thursday: Legs 15 sets
Friday: OFF
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: 2.5 mil
