found myself a training partner. did back n bis at lunch didnt really adjust for the extra person and ran late wont be making that mistake again lol. cv tomorrow and legs on the night...
back is probs my weakest area... am rubbish at pull ups and deads
managed bw pull ups of 8,7,5,5,4, 6(last set i strapped myself to the bar...cheating i know but my grip was giving up)
deads managed 60kg x 10, 70kg x 8, 75kg x 8, 75kg x 6 (thats just the plates iv not added whatever the weight of an olympic bar is.... as am not sure)
managed 37.5kg one arm rows as well...
have ditched my gloves started training bear hand... just gunna have to get my hands to man up... stil using my straps wen req tho. plan with my pull ups is soon as i can get 3 sets of 8 add weight..... if i ever get to a postion were i can do 3 sets of 8 lol
really want chips... but i want to be slim more :)
