100g jumbo oats
50g raw cashews 50g brazil nuts
actually cut my carbs down too, as only just get back in training.
12 whole eggs blended in water?! Are you the guy who blends the raw liver and drinks it?
If so can you post a typical days diet?
Hi Pauld. My typical daily diet when in training wich im gradually building back up to as follows.
(meal1) morning. blended 12 whole eggs 1-2caps e.v.o.oil drink.
into a bowl around 100g jumbo oats, 80-100g nuts (as descibed) in half n half skim & soy milk.
sometimes 4-5weetabix in soy
meal 2 (around 11.30-12.15. 2chicken breast 5 good size single broc florets
1/2cup cooked rice
postworkout drink (after training) blend(in water) 5-6 (normally six sometimes keep yolks in)
4-5 scoop whey (my pro)
1-2cap ex v o oli
(this is for me the best muscle nutrient shake ive had in terms of feeling pumped & keeping muscle nitrogen
be warned though.it really does not taste good)
meal 3 same as meal 2 may swap rice sweet pot & mushrooms
meal 4 400g lean steak mince (drained) 1-2slice whilegrain granery bread bertoli spread or 1cup w/m pasta
home made sauce
4-5 strawberrys 1/2melon
pre bedtime take in post workout drink as above.
drink water throughout day however im a bit of a coke addict hahaha in the cola form & usually have coke zero
