some advice for my lady ??

Hi mate, sorry hadn't realised you had posted these up

She has a lovely shape and you can even see her legs are very well developed. The outline of her abs is also evident. It's hard to see full muscle when there is some bodyfat there but from what I can see I would suggest working on the arms and shoulders to get more shape there for whichever category she decides to go for. Back and chest probably need some work BUT often the work doesn't show on them until you're more in condition.

I would suggest at the moment though that she concentrates on more a figure look and aim for that category.

Thanks for the quick reply kitty,my girlfriend is happy with your advice.Yea she has lost alot of weight off her upper body,she now needs to start building muscle there,the arms,shoulders etc...Any other advice,good or bad ,my girlfriend would gratefully appreciate it, thanks a million.
