i'm hoping even though the date is not clearly visible, if you look at the tv screen in the fourth picture you can see the scorecard for the world 11 vs england 11 in the cricket which is currently taking place - that is if you can tear your eyes away from (fat b******d voice from austin powers) "my sexy body"

i've already been on it for a week (4th week in the gym though) and its working pretty well, dropped 3lbs the first week, but from next week i'll be adding in cardio on non-training days hence the over-enthusiastic target

leg day in the gym this morning, hit a pb on the squat so in theory i will now be hitting a squat pb every leg day
 
i'll update this thread with my gym work over the last 5 weeks later on - just as a gauge to see where i end up

Well done on the PB mate, it always feels good to progress with your lifts!

ok, weighed in this bright and breezy morning at 22 stone 12 which is a loss of 6lbs so far this week
 
yesterday evening i felt some serious cravings so sat up til late googling low fat recipes for carb sunday - seemed to do the trick, watching this old granny on youtube cooking up low fat french toast felt like the most exciting thing i'd ever seen in my life, lol
 
and, we pushed through those cravings which resulted in some excellent news from the weighing scale this morning
 
possible carb up rebound aside, i hope to never see 23 on the scale ever again
