I won't be doing anything because I've got my exams in a matter of days and I have to study. (The exams proper actually start tomorrow, but I don't have any until next week due to subject choices). But I prob wouldn't be going out anyway, never had a good day/night out on Paddys day, town is a always mess.

Dont get all the fuss. Why do english people celebrate it? Its allover facebook etc.. and it just annoys me. Is it because its 'cool' to be irish or celebrate it? Pot noodle and a wank for me.

joeho87 Do the Irish celebrate St. George's day? Exactly. Same thing happened when ireland beat england in the six nations a few weeks ago. Everyone suddenly became irish, because their mom's auntie's dogs cousins brother is irish. Really annoys me.

The parade in our town was on Sunday - the 14th - wtf? I don't see the point myself, but I have bought some Guinness in - any excuse!

Sax I watched the school's cup finals today Clongowes won it I believe, what was the score? I have loads of friends from both Clongowes and Michaels and there was some serious tension going on!

Nearly forgot it was Paddy's day. On the way over to the Northside of the city while ago, was nearly blown off the road by 2 Armed support units, a paddy wagon, a police car, 2 police jeeps and an ambulance. Remembered it was Paddy's day.
