start of chest routine

when starting my chest routine after warming up,which should i start with fly's or bench press??

Generally speaking you should Bench first because it is a compound movement (uses more than one joint), whereas Flyes are an isolation which only target the pecs. No point in tiring out your pecs from isolating them with flyes before doing a big benching session. Same way you would Squat at the start of a leg session (before doing leg extensions for example). The exception would be if you are using Flyes to 'pre-exhaust' the chest, but this is a more advanced technique and I wouldn't worry about it for the time being!
