steroids and tennis elbow

Has anyone on here suffered from tennis elbow,Ive had this for over a year and its put me back taking any form of steroids . I was going to start a 6 week cycle of pinkies over a year ago untill tennis elbow set in,Im now thinking of starting a cycle of 10 weeks and see how i get on . I was told from a guy at the gym that i should use test,eq,anavar ,he says that the eq and anavar will be good for my tendon pain. Would i be good to go with this cycle I know i should wait untill im 100% but tmy physio has told me that i could have this for life ,this is why im thinking off starting this cycle now instead of waiting another year and still have the same problem

I've suffered from tennis elbow but not to badly & not over a long period ( couple of months max ). I found it bad when I had alot on at work as my job involves hevy lifting, a combination of work & weights put alot of stress on my elbow joint which resulted in tennis elbow, I dont think it the tendon thats the problem but an over stressed joint. Deca has been known to lubricate the joint, perhaps deca would be a good option, use some joint support supplements & take it easy on the joint when you are outside the gym.

If you have pulled a tendon of the bone (tennis elbow) all the supps in the world wont help. You can get a cortizione injection which will mask the pain, but noit the damage. two options:- Complete and utter rest for months Surgery I took the surgery option after three cortizione injections as i kept working through them and done even more damage, that was about a year ago and i am just now getting back to how i was before its a long road.

Do you have the same problem as john though? - tendon pulled off bone? Or is it tennis elbow: Tennis elbow (also known as "shooter's elbow" and "archer's elbow") is a condition where the outer part of the elbow becomes sore and tender. It is commonly associated with playing tennis and other racquet sports, though the injury can happen to almost anybody. The condition is also known as lateral epicondylitis ("inflammation of the outside elbow bone"), a misnomer as histologic studies have shown no inflammatory process. Other descriptions for lateral epicondylalgia are lateral epicondylosis, lateral epicondylalgia, or simply lateral elbow pain. If its the tennis elbow desribed above you could work on it with the following: Going easy on the elbow joint Supplement with joint support supplements Use a tennis elbow strap Anti inflamatory drugs, ibuprifen, asprin ect Anti inflamatory gels Addition of Deca in your cycle If its more sever as described my john them medical advice should be seeked.

I had a similar problem called ollecraneum bursitis. It was the size of a satsuma on the tip of my elbow. I went to my GP who said to rest it and not put any weight on it. I did keep training but I dropped the weights down and avoided exercises that really put alot of stress on the elbow, i.e. skullcrushers. After about 4 weeks it started to go down and now a month later it has gone completely. I must admit at the time I did think I would need surgery but luckily it cleared up. p.s. I wasn't on any gear at all. I reckon that could have made things worse.

I have had about 6 corizones over the past 3 years both elbows, ended up doing no pressing when i was doing squats and, bought good forearm straps, did forearm warm ups and stretches. I havent had any problem for over a year and a half in my right and my left is almost back to normal. Your only allowed 3 cortizones a year. I avoid anti inflammitorys due to a sensitive stomache
