Sweet jesus, that's quite an increase!

What are your plans for the cycle, and how have you tweaked the diet to cope?

Extra protein and good fats to help the appetite from going out of control?

Is hydration ok - check the darkness or your urine you may need to be drinking more to keep your system flushed through, I have found that build up of toxins can supress appetite before on cycle.

I presume you are running some good vits alongside too.

hydration is good and ok with vits but JW the problem isn't my appetite being suppressed but the absolute opposite.

bizarrely since starting this thread my appetite has started to ease off (still big but bearable)

appetite is still very strong but bearable and the gains are now coming along very nicely. going to see if i can use this monstrous appetite to my advantage and use it to train myself to eat epic amounts. can't believe i stocked up on periactin for this cycle incase my appetite was bad

already is a beautiful cycle, managed to keep the dose really low and gaining well. running for the bus this morning was tough but that was only due to the weight gain rather than pumps

actually my statement about it being my cardio for the week wasn't entirely true, as i rolled downhill on my bike earlier this week to get to the station (bike is still locked up there as i didn't fancy the cycle back up the hill)

periactin works great for me although many find the tiredness too much, takes about 7-10 days for it to kick in fully and then the weight just starts flying up. wouldn't run it solo as you will just gain too much fat but with the right anabolic i think it would be awesome (probably either SD or a sarm)
