supersharp pain in neck when skipping rope

I do skipping rope for 2.5 minutes and then this ultra sharp pain hits my neck and puts me out of commission for almost a day, the pain is unbearable

the pain is your body telling you something is out of sync mate so who knows whats happening on the inside - dont mean to make it sound bad as I am sure you will be fine but I see so many people put off seeing a professional and ending up regretting not going sooner
