sups im takin any good?

hey everyone i was just wondering if the supplement im taking are a good combo and if i need anything else. all the supplements i get are from austaliansportsnutrition.com i have Evolve slow whey atleast one a day depending on the amount of protein i have in my meals xtend amino acids with water through out day. gaspari superpump250 pre workout. evolve fastwhey with 1 scoop of evolve waximize (carbs) low fat cottage cheese before bed. i have only recently started taking the amino acids n super pump. before this i was having a mono creatine before workout and 1 tbsp of glutamine in the morning and at night.. i was told i wouldnt need glutamine anymore cuz its in the xtend bcaa's and wouldnt need creatine because its in superpump 250. did i do the right thing by cutting out those 2 supps or should i still be takin them aswell as my xtend bcaas n superpump250? would appreciate any help.

IMO mate theres no need to take extra creatine and glutamine. They are all great supps and you should get some god results.

Sweet as mate, cheers for the help. superpump250 is giving me the biggest boost. btw what does IMO stand for? im currently at 83 kg 13%bf wanting to be at 90+ 9% bf

IMO = In My opinion. Yeah SP250 is a great product for engergy and focus, love the blue raspberry flavour.

ahh k, evolve also has a nightime protein called 'nocturnal' i use to be takin it but now just have cottage cheese. is there any real difference in just having slow whey before bed other than the nocturnal as they both release protein slowly?

Not a huge difference, just stick with the cottage cheese mate. I personally swap one night cottage cheese, and the next casein protein just so i dont get bored.

yeh i didnt think so, ur ripped as mate, whats ur body weight, body fat, height etc? i have just been starting to get right into it training atleast 3 days a week trying to do 5 tho.. cardio everyday. u think i should be doing just say one body part a day if i was to train mon-fri? or should i be doing 2 together. some ppl say u only need to do abs once a week but then others say more
