From your post it seems to me your both young and new to this. If that's true forget tren.

What's your experience, training, diet, previous use etc etc

Go with the sust alone if that's what u can get.
Personally I'd go with a single ester to start but sust is good.

If your asking if 6ml a week will effect u then yes is the answer.
Long term? Who knows maybe. That being said I have children and I've used over many years
