sweet potatoes for a cut diet 15 November 2009 21:28 (permalink)
hi, im looking into a cutting diet, i love my carbs though.

any way, a sweet potatoe has 28grams of carbs per 100grams.
this is far lower than bread or rice.

would a few sweet pots be ok in a cut?
