i am going to add either of these to my cycle for increased protein synthesis, ive read that either 25mcg t3 or 200-300 t4 is used im not sure if t4 dose is mcg or mg??? also if t4 a better med to take for this?
i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life. main interests: physique conditioning, bbj, muay thai.

T4 is still mcg mate .. when it comes to T3 or T4 the way i try to explain it is T3 seems more potent T4 seems a bit week compared. But they both do there job so either really mate

I find t4 much less effective used alone than t3 alone, also found thyroid recovered faster post cycle after using t3 alone than t3 in conjunction with t4. I stick to t3 nowadays

ok cheers prople, whats the latest on how its ran these days, iv always went of 6-8week cycle in the sticky but get the impression thats old school now, is it ok for continued use and no need to taper down? what dose for my purpose? ive been told by some averywere from 25-125mcg ed or 2 on 2 off..... iv also been told that the extra protein synthesis is out weight buy t3 protein breakdown so it sort of cancels itself out taken for this reason, but plenty say t3 has defo improved there gains..... im not cutting i just reacntly been reading about t3 for better protein uptake so deciding to use it, im not on a cut or diet, als read natty t3 can become lowered on cycle so this is another reason i was going to add it, do you guys go off your temperature on which dose you go with or??

Just use your required dose for as long as you need to then come off, no need to taper IMO. If your using if for PS then 12.5mcg-25mcg will easily suffice.

Just stay on mate no breaks and stay on as long as you want to mate. I personally taper off just to be safe ...

If im cruising or blasting its 25mcg or cutting its 50mcg never have had the need go any higher to be honest. On a side note ive previously been running 25mcg all year round but now having a little break.

For me if i was on 50mcg 2 tabs i would drop to one tab for a week then half a tab for another 2 weeks then off ,
