carefull training with a chest infection, the extra strain on your body from training hard can really make it take a turn for the worse. Trust me on that, i have personaly experience of how bad things can get a few years back. ended up with alot of fluid on my lungs, and some permanent scarring. if you have a chest infection, then i would advise leaving training untill its gone.

well chest is much better now eventually, still a little off but i feel strong, so managed a real good quad workout yesterday and ive got to ask, is it normal to be absolutely wrecked after quad training?? i feel genuinly ill during my quad training everytime. , once i drive the mile or so home i have to spend 20 mins just lying face down on the sofa lol. ive been caning legs for at least 6 weeks or so now and was hoping it would get slightly easier? (NOT SO FAR!) l i also have really painfull lower back pumps that yesterday i tried to free up doing some hanging knee raises in between excercises though i suspect this is down to partially gear use and partially slight back injury. easy one tonight just some light cardio to get the blood moving through the muscle, second week of my cycle now also, hitting some test e and deca around 3 ml week of each, will change at the end of january to something more fast acting for 4 weeks i guess some prop and maybe was thinking of trying some masteron?

i always find pre-exhaustion with quads works well. id do 4 to 5 sets of leg ext (pre-exhaust) then squats on the smith machine with feet out forward, doing them this way eliminates all stress off the lower back and targets the quads better, jay cutler does them this way. again 4 to 5 sets then leg press straight in heavy 3 sets finish with 2 sets of barbell lunges 12 to 15 reps. this workout always hits my quads hard. occasionally i`ll swap squats with front squats. i find hitting hams on a different day works well so ya have more energy to hit them hard. i`ll usually do 5 sets of leg curls followed by 4 sets of stiff leg deadlifts. hope this helps mate.

hey cheers sleezedude ill give the pre exhaust method a whirl, i do use the split hams and calfs currently coudlnt make it through a full leg workout outherwise lol, i do the same as you regarding swapping front squats with bb squats so shouldnt be to difficult a transition to try the smiths machine type, let u know how i get on ! gonna still use some prop next month but im gonna try anavar with it, never used var before is it any good??
