The Tesco ones are good enough, but I prefer having a high strength Multi Vit. We need a little more than people who don't train. www.zipvit.co.uk Great service and very good prices. I use 2000mg Vit C a day, Ultra Strength Multi Vit as well, Omega 3 oils, several others but those are the 3 I would suggest.

Mate if you have or know someone with a membership at costco next to trafford centre, get them from there. I get my multi vits, fish oils and glucosamine from there.

I have tried several of their joint support vits and they didnt work as my pain came back within a week of being on them.

going slightly against the grain to everyone else but it seems that everyone it after the best deals. in the supplement world this generally seems to be a trend and alot of the cheaper proteins and creatines etc are generally as good as the bigger brands. however, when it comes to vitamins and multivits the general rule of thumb tends to be that you get what you pay for as the higher priced companies have usually done alot of "proper" research and tests on the products. e.i. absorption and uptake is generally a big factor when it comes to multivits, for instance, if a multivit offers 60mg Vit C then i want my body to get as much of that vit C as poss if not all of it. but sometimes or even most times with these cheaper brands the absorption rates are not that good and your body would get considerably less of that 60mg contained within the tablet etc. also, it should be noted that as long as you are hitting your 5 a day quota on fruit and veg then there is no real need for any otherwise healthy individual to even supplement with multivits. so in other words, eat healthy and dont waste your cash unless you need to
