the hulk and sulking hulk

when bulking use the hulk (very nice also very good for hardgainer's) 2scoops of protien - 45g protien,250 cals,3g fat,2g carbs oats or barley or buckwheat 70g= 7g protien,70g carbs,7.9g fats,388 cals big handfull of spinach (turns shake green but does not taste) 20g peanut butter=114 cals,5g protien,4g carbs,9.2g fat total cals =752 protien=57g carbs=76g fats=20.1 for when cutting or weight loss etc use the sulking hulk 2 scoops of protien= cals 222,46g protien,4g fat,2.5g carbs 30g oats=144 cals,35g carbs,4g fats,5g protien 10g coconut oil=90 cals,10g fat 10g peanut butter=57 cals,2.9g protein,1g carbs,4.6g fats handfull of spinach(turns shake green) total (if on a low carb diet tak away the oats and it gives you) cals=513 protien=53 carbs=37g fat=22 (if on a low carb diet tak away the oats and it gives you) cals=369 protien=48g carbs=3g fat=18g
