My limbs are so far behind after surgeries etc its unreal. This SUC they will grow
 
Weight 79kg
R.Arm 15"
L.Arm 14.1"
Chest 41"
Waist 32"
L.Leg 21"
R.Leg 21"
 
 
Three day split, big diet etc etc, try keep the fat down although not to bothered. About 18% according to the scales, dont want to go over 20 really. Just try and look like a i train by the end would be nice! Just want some arms and legs that look decent in a t-shirt. In January my left arm was 11.5 and right arms was 12.9 so they have grown but I need more!!! In my head everything still looks tiny. Annoying!

                not for this one mate, i cant do much pressing, so i need the cable machines for chest, 
                 
                plus i dont have a squat rack for legs so have to go to the gym for that to. Home training was only ok while my knee recovered! If i cant get there though i will always do a session at home.

                    I love the gym tbh mate, just started AM training and thats way way better for me than PM!

                                    I think mainly muscle memory ste. I have been beasting my arms though, for ages i was a believer in only compounds etc. But nothing was happening. I started doing a few sets of curls, and over head extensions every other day, plus a half decent arm session once a week.
                                     
                                    My arms look tiny though due to the length of them, yours look fairly meaty at 16"

                                      Should update this i guess as planning on putting up some final pics!
                                       
                                      Squat has increased from 70kg to 110kg but this is just strength returning after mays op!
                                       
                                      Increase on all other lifts by decent amounts
                                       
                                      weight up by about 4kg. Still look turd!
