is a full tin off baked beans and quite alot of pasta a good meal when trying to bulk up many thanks

Not realy imo (althought beans has protein) you should really eat something else for a better protein source than beans, why not use chicken or tuna?

hey man, ya sound pretty new to the sport alryt. you need ta get yourself alot of research done on nutritional aspects, as nutrition is key. go ta da articles section on this website and check out different sample bulking diet. You need to be eating 6/7 times a day all depending on your stats, getting enough protein, carbs and healthy fats into ya. As mentioned, research different bulking diets. Gd Luck Dude.

I would have to say this post is wrong. You don't have to eat that frequently, what does matter is getting your in enough calories to bulk up, so if you need 3000 kcals to bulk, it doesn't matter if this is spread across 6 meals or 3 meals, so long as your are hitting your required calories.

If you replace the pasta for some wholemeal bread then you are good to go, surprisingly beans on toast is a very complete meal, the beans combined with the bread cover all of your needs, they both fill in the amino acids that the other one has missed. As long as you make it a hearty meal, a full tin and say 4 slices of bread.
Hasn't ate breakfast since October...

Need to really look at the different articles on here about clean bulking mate. To be honest you won't go far wrong if you stay on this website and search around. There is so much information that will be sure to sort your nutrition out.

raztwc what would u suggest like 4 meals a day for bulking thanks sorry for all questions am new to this and want to do it properly thanks Eggs and oats Tuna and pasta chicken and rice Steak and potatoes Not forgetting a lot of veg and fruit with you meals. If you cant eat anything more, make a shake with 100g oats, whey, honey blended up to give you more cals. Check out the article section there is a good example of a bulking diet there.

beans are great to have with everything imo i eat them loads... Tuna is dry as hell and so are jacket potatoes, chuck a tin of beans on the lot ans it goes down way easier and your getting a bag of protien, carbs, fish oils etc etc a in one meal that takes about 10mins to make! sound gross, but its pretty tasty
