reading up elsewhere and ive came across this PCT for people who are severly shutdown (me) He suggests 8 shots of HCG @ 2500iu EOD. With this you take 20 mg of nolvadex for 45 days. Clomid is also taken but twice a day @ 50mg each dose 12 hours apart. opinions?

take hcg before starting pct, how long you been on and are you still running aas now?
i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life. main interests: physique conditioning, bbj, muay thai.

What makes you assess that you are severely shutdown mate? I have written and used a protocol to help some guys recover when they have been on cycles constantly for years without breaks, what is your situation? Bigfella.

Basically ive been on for around 2 years maybe a little longer or less, i only came off now and again did a pct and went straight back on. now im running pharma test but im feeling really tired, lethargic and lazy. i think its got to the point where i should come off. im on the gear and not even training now or eating properly.
