In the last week or so I've started doing forms of cardio exercise again. First thing in the morning (6.30am) and then again in the evening after work or if I'm slightly tired after dinner.

It all depends what shift I'm on.  If I'm on lates (as I am today), I will do cardio pre-work.  If I'm on earlies I'll do it after work.  If I'm on days I'll either do it after or try to sneak off for an hour during the day (easier said than done!)

Tend to do 6-6:30pm on non training days. Its an effort but better then getting home and vegging to tv all night. Normally 30-40 mins medium pace.

whenever i can fit it in but if i had to choose a fav time it would be 1st thing on an empty stomach it just seems to kickstart my day. Iv done it an hour before bed a few times but i always seem to wake up about 3 in the morning starving, which is never good.

Don't actually think it matters for effectiveness. Cardio is cardio is cardio.

Whenever and whatever I feel like to be honest.

Sometimes I cycle to and from work, about 30 mile round trip so then I get early morning and late afternoon.
Sometimes I go on my spin bike after a weights session.
Sometimes I hammer the rowing machine on a rest day or at the weekend.
Sometimes I walk/run the dog for a couple of hours at the weekend.
Sometimes in the summer I go for a 4 hour cycle in the hills near me.

I'm strict on my weight training and I just can't be bothered with a fixed regime for cardio.
