    How's your diet first?
Training and diet should be your focus now. Whey protein and maybe creatine should be ok.

If supplements will enable you to reach your targets due to convieniance or boosting areas that would otherwise be lacking then yes, otherwise wait.

It might be to provide protein throught the day a morning and or pm shake would be of use. You might struggle to get many good fats in your diet and so a supplement like flaxssed oil and a tblsp or 2 a day can assist you. If diet lacks veg and fruits then a multivitamin might be worth considering etc

It is with what you have given like me asking you how long I should cut my piece of string.

Give a bit of info on your weight and diet etc

If your diet lacks fruit and veg then I'd eat more fruit and veg. There's NO excuse not to.

LOL true - certainly with fruit which has no preperation or cooking time.

Though in a rush I have no problem microwaving frozen spinnach clumps - not the most attractive but hey

I would deffinitly consider taking a supplement. Try taking a pre-workout high energy supplement like C4 Extreme or Jack3d. I personally liked the c4 Extreme better. It has NO3 Creatine Nitrate in it. basically it absorbs very fast into your muscles. This will help with both putting muscle into your body and helps to lose weight as well.

If you look in the mirror and think your fat then lose weight then bulk to add muscle alternatively if you think your in good shape atm then bulk up (build muscle). Either way for example if you struggle to get enough protein in from your diet then a protein powder will be handy, whether you bulk or cut a good guideline imo is to consume 1g protein per lb of your bodyweight daily.

If your unsure about your diet, once you pick a goal, post your diet up in the diet section for critique.

A pre wo is well down the pecking order mate, poor suggestion, and to say a pre wo will add muscle is silly as it clearly wont. As for creatine nitrate regardless of what kind it is, creatine is a supplement that people need to supplement almost if not every day to see results and you wouldnt take a pre wo supplement every day as that defeats the purpose as a tolerance will be built up within a week easy.

Eat tons of veg but not fruit, 2 pieces of fruit a day is enough, ideal to eat veg every time you eat, the more veg the better but not necessary fruit...
