    diet not going to well this week starting to relax a bit on the food front keeping having quite a bit of choco the giant cadburys buttons keep looking at me, nice to enjoy different foods but i want to keep lean for my honeymoon,abs still there but for how long got to boozy weekends coming up to stag doos so i,m sure to put weight on i was 11st 1lb this morning.

        yeah your rite kitty i dont been checking gogz journal really makes me want to compete in the bnbf mr light cat so when back off holiday that will be my goal when will the dates for next year come out will it be start of next year.

                      weight up and down at the moment was 11st 2 this morning has been 11st7, go on hoilday for three weeks so no gym or diet so bound to put a bit of weight on. then when back will deciede my next move where to go from there.

                        hi guys i,m back !!! got married and had a great time on the honeymoon ate far to much rubbish but here we go again iwas 11st 10 before i went now 12st 4 so 8lbs in bout 3-4weeks.  back to the gym today and started a lean bulk. thought about doing a classic cat in the ukbff in november but decieded that i need more time to get ready this time for a comp. so going to give that a miss. trying to find dates on the bnbf for next year the play is start a bulk now for 2/3 months so i can put some size on. probably looking at competing in jan or feb, cant afford to get a diet sorted at the mo but when i,ve got some cash together hopefully going to hire james again. so here is my current lean bulk

                        6.30am smoothie 75g oats,1tbsp of ground lineseeds,40g of whey,200ml of skimmed milk+ water +apple

                        10.00am 60g dry weight brown pasta
                                       150g of tinna
                                       1carrot
                                        sweetcorn
                                        bannana
                                        mug of green tea

                        1.00pm 6og dry weight brown pasta
                                     150g of chicken breast
                                     1 carrot
                                      sweetcorn
                                     orange
                                      mug of green tea

                        3.45pm 200g of cootage cheese
                                     mixed salad+ ground lineseeds

                        5.00pm 20g of whey in water
                                     2 oatcakes
                                     prewo drink

                        postworkout 30g of whey +50g of dextrose


                        45mins later 150g of steak
                                             5 small pototaoes
                                             broccoli
                                             1 actimel probotic drink


                        bedtime 200g of low fat natural yogurt+ 20g of whey

                        will be doing weight 5 times a week and 4 times 40mins low intense cardio and 1 hiit session.

                            just found out that the comps for the bnbf are in june and july only thought they did some earlier than that gutted on the bright side gives me time to try put some size on, the diet going ok training hard aching so much from my break trying some new training methods like neg reps and resistance to keep the muscles guessing and cause some good growth.

                              week 1 on the lean bulk went well stuck to the diet 98%  stuck to most of my meals just had a tiny bit of party food friday night as i was at a engagement party. and sunday i had a cnp protein bar at the bnbf show cause i was starving and a cheat meal on the way home chicken wrap and chips from kfc. my waist feels a bit tighter and still 12st 3 so seems good. not sure if to change my cardio from evening to morning help keep the fat off.

                                ordered some supps this week going to add them to my diet later i feel like i,ve lost fat round my stomach i want to bulk but not pile on pounds of fat need to find the key to this.

                                    second week into the lean bulk going well got my supps so starting them monday. havent weighed myself yet. feel slimmer round the waist  but still with the size. going to hire james to polish things up in my diet and cardio and when to take my supps. thinking about doing my cardio in the morning and not doing it in the evening so i can go home an d prepare my evening hot keep reading it is better to eat your potoatoes hot i have them cold.
