5.00pm 20g of whey in water
+3g of beta alaine+3g taurine+2g of argine 2 oatcakes
weight train
postworkout 30g of whey +50g of dextrose
+2g of beta alaine +5g of gluatmine+5g of creatine 40mins cardio
45mins later 150g of steak
5 small pototaoes
broccoli
1 actimel probotic drink
bedtime 200g of low fat natural yogurt+ 20g of whey
