I'm starting to feel better on my plan now I'm eating at the proper times, and getting all the meals in.


glad to hear murderinc it works better when you have a routine, i find i even i get up early on sundays do my cardio and get my meals in. how is the new job is it a active job that will help with the fat burning. keep up the good work.

    Unfortunately it's not a very active job. I'm based in a call centre in Manchester working for a well known energy provider :(

    Money rules at the moment, and that means I had to take what was offered to me.

      thanks james this is my first proper bulk with a set diet hoping to do well, i put alot of fat on my hoilday and after my comp so feels like i,m cutting cause i,m losing fat but i want to keep lean so i dont have to diet so hard next year for any comps

                trainned back to night didnt quite go to plan i was shattered so dropped the weight really low and hit loads of reps think i will train back again monday didnt get the best out of my session iwas shattered. on a plus side my stomach is feeling tighter and the trousers feel bagy. hope to get a good rest at the weekend going to cheat sat night but not sunday. my wife has ordered me tickets for the ukbff finial in notttingham october cant wait. going to be a great show.

                      lol is hefty a good thing james think i am looking alot better this week more lean but with size but not going to post any photos for another week do it every couple of weeks so i can judge the changes better. am i on the rite path with this bulk.  cant wait for the finial graham

                        did some extra cardio today went on a hour and half bike ride it was very slow intensity cause me and the wife took my daughter aswell. had pizza for my cheat meal couple of ciders and some choco buttons. going to rest this weekend apart from cardio in the morning. going to have a weigh in soon to check my progress.

                            i,m not gainin masses of muscle but a bit without gaining to much fat. its the constant cardio and dieting that helps i get to have acouple of cheat meals a week. couldnt have acheveied this with out expert advice from james coiller. cause i,m eating more on the lean bulk i am lifting heavier which will help with the muscle growth might be some help from the supps  aswell graham

                                  weighed myself this morning after my cardio and morning shake was 12st 7lb so an increase hope it is my true weight and not just water after my cheat meal last night will check on friday and will take some progress pics as it will be 2weeks from the last ones i posted. and my waist seems the same judging by my belt so seems the lean bulk is going well.
