There are supplements marketed to help joint problems, but in reality glucosamine will only help if the nature of the joint problem concerns the cartilidge. What sort of joint aches are they? 2) None of us do mate! Be patient! 3) I think with your shape, you'd be better suited to the classic class.

titch84 cheers for the advice IB, do you think i should keep pushing the weight with the squats or try and aim for more reps with 130 and 140kg and how low do you go down. also do you use leg wraps thanks alot graham high reps is where the magic is at, get those numbers to a minimum of 15 mate...drop the weight to 125kg and get those 5 extra reps. once a month go for heavy weight and low rep (no fewer than 6). How low do i go down, ass to grass.... feels more comfortable than hovering at parallel. no knee wraps, tried them once with Iaink off here for a leg session and it felt like my knees were being worn away with a rasp file. here's an old vid i made when cricket-fire laid down a challenge lol. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nB-qITuIngg

i tryed IB advice and squatted lower the evdience will be in the next couple of days if i cant walk i will be pleased squat 30kg warm up 15reps 60kg 15reps 90kg 12reps 90kg 12reps going to keep to this weight till i can perform 90kg for 15reps really responded to this my legs blew out and they felt smashed leg press also tried to go lower 120kg 12reps 180kg 10reps 210kg 7reps legs felt f**ked normally do this weight but being more strict i think it was more productive leg extension 120lbs 15reps 190lbs 12reps 225lbs 8reps performed full movement it felt so much harder sldl with dumbells 16kg 15repps 18kg 15reps 18kg 15reps ham curl 120lbs 30reps legs going sooo tight 105lbs 15reps 90lbs 15reps half the weight i normally do but hurting twice as much seated calves 10kg 35reps 10kg 35reps 10kg 30reps hack sqaut more for a final pump amd strecth no weight 20reps as lowas the machine goes 20kg 20reps 20kg 20reps so this is where i start strict leg training and hopefully more productive instead of bad form and heavy weight here goes. leg
