    cheers james couldnt have done it with out your help, i will do it monthly it was different with the cut i see results every week. i will keep plodding on with what i am doing. training next week then a full weeks rest from the weights should i still do cardio or should i do more since i wont be weight training. thanks again graham

      what shows ?


      i was planning on doing the bnbf but ive spoke to them and they some of the supps i have used are banned like fat burners. so i,m planning on doing ukbff classic cat under 72kg i think thats what i will aim for but still stay natural. did you see your pic in this months beef magazine,
       

      how is everything going for yourself, any shows in the near future, are you bulking at the moment whats your weight / condition like at the moment. graham


      i think you will do very well in the classics mate, and your looking great in your pics..

      yeah im well happy with the pic, haha im sitting about 13st 5lb as of this morning and still farily lean, soim very happy.

      i plan to do 2 london shows in may next year so that gives me a good 6 months to put on some size, hopefully doing a weight catagory, thats my aim.

      ive got a bulk journal onhere but im a little lame on updating it, ill find the link and post it. it has some recentish pics..

          not alot to report really been training at fitness first this week with a old training partner great sessions not really heavy but high volume and quick and intense great pumps. good equipment but really busy and double the price of my gym.

          i managed to do 90kg low squats for 15reps so improving and 95kg for 12 reps.

          typical my shoulder feels great this week making me think i should have a week off but i,m going to give me some time to chill even cook some nice meals and relax so thats the plan for next week

              cheers forddee i hope i do come in bigger but hopefully i will be in better condition before i start my next preap so i will come in more ripped aswell think i will give myself more time only did 14weeks last time. think i need to change training methods to help grow but not sure where to start really, how come your show is cancelled was it lack of funding planning on doing a different show. cheers graham

                    its sounding like a good plan might do a three day split just have a couple of days off see how i feel, 14st dont think so but eat rite and train hard might get to the 13st but want to stay quite lean.

                        was planning on a rest wek but feel great this week so going to train with my buddy rayner 23 for a good arse kicking think i will just have a night off when i feel like it and go have dinner at my parents so a extra cheat meal, the diet is going well having a couple of treats mainly at weekends my main problem is getting up for cardio need to sort this out and quick but a part from that still going well.i will start posting some workouts again soon.

                                  not alot to report really didnt have the week off trained wit rayner23 great weeeks training, been more relaxed on the diet this week that was the plan tho, meatballs and pasta ang choco cake all homemade was the best cheat meal, back to the diet next week properply also getting back to getting up for my cardio. another plus a couple of people have commented i look bigger so it seems to be going quite well.
