wake black coffee 60mins low intensity cardio Breakfast smoothie 1tbsp ground lineseeds ,40g oats,40g whey protein, 200ml skimmed milk and a apple 10.00am 100g chicken/100g tuna in water 30g dry weight brown rice or wholewheat pasta peas/ sweetcorn fruit mug of green tea 1.00pm 120g chicken/ 120g tuna in water Mixed salad +1 tbsp ground lineseeds Fruit Mug of green tea 3.45pm 200g cottage cheese/ quark Mixed salad + 1 tbsp groung lineseeds 5.00pm 20g whey protein in water 1 oatcake pwo drink 5.15pm weights 6.00pm 30g whey protein+ 20g dextrose 6.45pm 100g steak 2-3 small boiled potatoes or 1 small sweet potatoeo 1 probotic drink low fat, low sugar cardio 45mins low intensity bedtime 200g low fat yogurt with 20g whey protein back to this diet to speed things only three weeks to go.

not alot to report at the moment, strugglin a little with diet carbs haved dropped so hopefully that will help shift the last few pounds. got a reveiw sat with james so hopefully everything on track, abit frustrated with my training at the moment dont feel like i,m training hard enough cause i feel tired still training heavy not sure if i should be doing lighter weight higher reps, but i,m still enjoying the preap and cant wait for comp day.

a few little changes gettin tighter round my lower abs and my legs starting to look alot better still killing from my leg session wednesday. going to bedford to finnish my routine tommorrow with the flexpex team and then a quick reveiw with james might try get some new photos up weekend.

titch84 not alot to report at the moment, strugglin a little with diet carbs haved dropped so hopefully that will help shift the last few pounds. got a reveiw sat with james so hopefully everything on track, abit frustrated with my training at the moment dont feel like i,m training hard enough cause i feel tired still training heavy not sure if i should be doing lighter weight higher reps, but i,m still enjoying the preap and cant wait for comp day. Training will be hard ,i think its seems harder to get a good pump on a cut and so you think you are not training hard (I think there is a reason for this but not 100% sure, but imo its down to low carbs). It is a hard slog but strick with it mate,as for training is J given any feed back on this? I would not go mad and up the reps in the last few weeks a bit now and then,the amount you can push will go down as carbs level drops. Daz

went to see the flexpex team for a few tweaks on my routine, aslo went to see james get the last few details of my preap, i did a trail with nician yesterday not sure if i got the desired effect went really hot and red all over but all my veins popped out. hopefully get some pics up later.

AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH sun burn tabs i have also tried them ,I look like sun dried tomato .But i did find as you use it the sides do wear off. Daz

Work out how long it takes for the Nicain to work for you and take it so its kicks in just before you go stage. It main gain its good vascularity. Good pics Titch the legs are coming in and i think you will be very ripped ,posing is the key to get them rips/cuts out . A need to do better in my book still. Daz

here is a quick update, traning going really well still quite strong and diet, only problem got a headcold again, got my new diet plan from james here is fridays wake black coffee cardio low intensity 45 mins breafast smoothie 1 tbsp ground lineseeds+40g oats+40g whey protein+apple+water 10.00am 100g tuna in water 30g dry weight brown rice sweetcorn 2 raw carrots fruit mug of green tea 1.00pm 120g chicken breast mixed salad+1tbsp ground lineseeds 2 raw carrots fruit mug of green tea 3.45pm 200g cottage cheese/ quark mixed salsd+1tbsp ground lineseeds 15mins prewo 20g whey protein in water 1 oatcake preworkout drink pwo 30gwhey protein +20g dextrose in water 45mins later 100g steak 2/3 small boiled new pots loads of veg low fat/low sugar probotic yogurt cardio 45 mins low intensity bedtime 200g cootage cheese/ 200g of low fat natural yogurt +20g of whey protein powder add salt and small amount of tomato ketchup to all meals 2g of vit c,potassium. magnesium + dandelion root

When you get your diet plan ,how dose you wife/girl friend think about it all? My wife has always been slim size 6 and has never been on a diet.But when it comes to pick the boys up from school the mums ask me ,how do you do it? or what should i do you loose wight? Daz

Daz my fiance is very supportive, she thinks the diet is making me moody tho and she thinks i care more about my training and diet, i,m just working really hard cause its not cheap to compete is it and want to do my best for my first show.
