breakfast smoothie 1 tbsp ground lineseeds+40g oats+40g whey protein+apple+water
10.00am 100g tuna in water
30g dry weight brown rice
sweetcorn
2 raw carrots
fruit
mug of green tea
1.00pm 120g chicken breast
mixed salad+1tbsp ground lineseeds
2 raw carrots
fruit
mug of green tea
3.45pm 200g cottage cheese/ quark
mixed salsd+1tbsp ground lineseeds
15mins prewo 20g whey protein in water
train legs calves and abs
pwo 30gwhey protein +20g dextrose in water
45mins later 100g steak
2/3 small boiled new pots
loads of veg
low fat/low sugar probotic yogurt
cardio 45 mins low intensity
bedtime 200g cootage cheese/ 200g of low fat natural yogurt +20g of whey protein powder
add salt and small amount of tomato ketchup to all meals
2g of vit c,potassium. magnesium + dandelion root
no caffeinated drinks
everything going well apart from strugglin with cold i trainned so hard to finnish legs off as my last session. dont know if its the diet or cold but been sleeping alot to day just waking up for my meals.
