      8 days out from comp. saturday

      here is my diet plan for sat. i had a full days rest no cardio or weights.


      breakfast  smoothie 1 tbsp ground lineseeds+40g oats+40g whey protein+apple+water
       
      10.00am 100g tuna in water
                      30g dry weight brown rice
                     sweetcorn
                      2 raw carrots
                      fruit
                      mug of green tea
       
      1.00pm   120g chicken breast
                     mixed salad+1tbsp ground lineseeds
                      2 raw carrots
                     fruit
                      mug of green tea
       
      3.45pm 200g cottage cheese/ quark
                   mixed salsd+1tbsp ground lineseeds 
        
       5.00pmwhey protein in water
                              1 oatcake 
                               
       
         evening meal  100g steak
                           2/3 small boiled new pots
                           loads of veg
                           low fat/low sugar probotic yogurt 
        

        
       
      bedtime 200g cootage cheese/ 200g of low fat natural yogurt +20g of whey protein powder
       
      add salt and small amount of tomato ketchup to all meals
       
      2g of vit c,potassium. magnesium + dandelion root

        everything going well apart from strugglin with cold i trainned so hard to finnish legs off as my last session. dont know if its the diet or cold but been sleeping alot to day just waking up for my meals.

              Keep at it G - shame about the cold, but an infection means you're hypermetabolic, which is great for burning fat!!!  Look on the bright side, eh?

                          training at the moment is

                          legs abs calves sunday
                          back mon
                          chest,tri tues
                          delts, bic wed

                          20 sets for large muscle groups and 14 for smaller
                          rep range 10-15  and last set 25 reps

                          quite enjoyed training this week but i,m f***ed from it and its very hard even my training partner was nearly sick after back and he,s not carb depleting. last cardio session thursday morning todays was tough, not felt to bad to day intill i got to lunch time my energy has gone and i feel very hungry. strugglin to limit the water but getting there.

                                    did my last cardio session this morning breezed through probably knowing it was my last, delts and biceps was tough last night on the low cabs felt quite sick after. carb loading today which is great loads of food, feeling better already but feel dry on the low amount of water just sipping.

                                      hi locust how do you make your chocolate porridge, i just have mine in a shake at the moment titch 84


                                      mix the oats ground flaxseeds and whey in about 250ml of water then cook like normal porrige onthe stove, i put a bit of cinnamon on it and its sooo nice ! almost like a cheat for me, it was heaven this morning eating twice the size!! and again tonight mmmmmm
