Graham has been sick several times during the night and is feeling flat.

He has since kept some simple carbs down though - hopefully he'll rest now and will be ok later

3.45pm kendal mint cake 1 bar sweets

4.00pm nicain i think i took 400mg but didnt feel the effects i missed the tot of white rum

                                4.30pm showtime

i was still pleased with how i lookedbut felt empty and flat james said i wasnt sharpe enough. just knowin how much i had been sick and my diet allover the place on the final day felt liked i had messed it up but glad i could still compete on the day.spoke to james he said he had me at 5th or 6th place but i didnt get it so me and the other 5 guys didnt get a placing which is a shame not  knowing where you came in the stand up.i thought my posing went well but my routine wasnt as good as it should have been i found it very differcult to hear the music so i missed the start which made me rush so didnt hold the poses for long enough. i dont think i was the only one who couldnt hear cause everythime the bloke said do a pose everyone was looking at each other and asking what pose he said that was my only compliant about the show. i wouldlike to congrats to rob from peterborough who won he looked great and nick locust who came second well done guys you looked great.

so its back to the diet this morning getting ready for the peterborough show which i,m hoping i will be alot tighter. so head up and back to the drawing board. going to try a couple of things different.

                                just like to thank

Even tho you didnt feel well you kept your chin up and kept smiling especially after the music problems! You are right about the sound system, no one could hear a thing!

                                  Thanks for the congrats

Look forward to speaking to you on Sunday.

You looked good mate, just below what you should have done.  Remember also you don't have the advantages that some of the other guys have.

Even so, we'll have you looking sharper this weekend; speak tomorrow
