my only concern is getting rid of the water on the last night thats where it started to go all wrong for the last show i did but i,m sure it will be fine with james help is advice and help have been great.

The qualifiers start around May/June and August with the finals being Sept/Oct, under 80kg and over 80kg. There's also the teens, juniors (u23), over 40s &50 and if you fancy a sex change figure or physique

If you don't feel you'll be able to do one this year at least try and get to watch one so you can see the type of standard.

Weight categories are under 72kg,

i should have done my research better could have entered that one, going to get my wedding out the way and honeymoon before i deciede what to do next. i think i will try and get to see a show i think the 72kg cat would be good for me or the novice show.think i will get chatting with james the end of july and see where my next step will be thanks for your advice kitty.

Just a quick word of warning   The novice classes are usually HUGE and the past 3 years at least have been of phenomenal standard with some novices taking the overall!! You will be up against guys a lot heavy than yourself and in some cases in fabulous condition too. Might be an idea to consider the lightweights.

dont shower of the last coat of pro tan mate, i did 5 coats leading in, and didnt shower off the last one i went straight over it withthe dream tan.

slap it on thick then pat the dream tan down to blend in.

cool i,ll do thta then put a extra coat sunday morning as i dnt have to travel so i can put it on when i get up. how many sweets did you eat with each meal on the day was it just a ahand full. thanks locust

You should speak to james about the sweets mate, as were both different, what worked for me might not for you.

but i was eating a small handful, like 3-4 haribo sweets about every 20 mins from about 10 am till the show, then back stage i had a whole 200g bar of bournvill dark choclate and a nearly a whole kendle mint cake.
but like i said dont copy it ask james first.. dont want anything going wrong.

Titch took a well deserved 3rd out of 6 in a top quality novice line up (Rob took 2nd).  His condition was much improved from last week, and you weren't so flat.  One of the judges who saw the show last week, said you actually improved a little as you posed.

thanks everyone, yesterday couldnt have gone any smoother i really enjoyed the whole weekend and comp it all feel into place. i will do my photos and comp report when i get more time later.

well done mate would have loved to have done this but i couldnt resist temptation of food after the anglian lol not only that the missus would have prop slapped me if i done this..
