Papa Lazarou Strength is oddly high - cannot account for it myself. Shoulder presses has suffered a little but if anything its down to endurance and tiredness (due to low test) rather than anything in terms of strength. Pct is: Weeks 1-3 500iu HGC EOD for 20 day in total (eg 5000iu over 20 days) Weeks 1-8 1mg Adex EOD Weeks 1-4 Nolva (using standard protocol extend for a little longer) Weeks 1-4 Clomid (using standard protocol extend for a little longer) May run nolva again for another 3 weeks as i've been on for about 18 months with a couple of 8ish week breaks. Off til end of January. I know I wouldnt be recovered, but the main thing is to return some normality to the body for 4-5 months. looks like a good solid pct, i will be doing something similiar once i have competed next year. Papa Lazarou Glad my misses has a coil tho - with the HGC and clomid i've ran I could fill a swimming pool in a couple of days LOL I didn't need quite so much information

Grip is now the easy part - its the pull up of the DB to the chest without it rotating forward or back thats harder. Stops me going up to 80kg as I cannot control the rotation and it hurts the wrists. But yeah, i'm well chuffed with 70kg - its funny 55kg feels stupidly light these days. Such a change from 6 months back

For now, its maintaining what I have. In late Jan, it will be adding to what i've got i changed to having more rest days after my comp, and the last month has been alot better for the extra recovery time, be interesting to see how you find it! seems weird at first not goint to the gym so much!

It is weird and a little depressing but with low test and as I recover I simply don't have the energy to power thro 5 workouts in 7 days without feeling utterly burnt out. 3 in 7 is much more do-able and gives me time to recover and the strength to stay high - certainly incline smith benching 120k + 20kg bar weight (I call it that as its meant to float but when it has weight on it sticks!) when off cycle i'm enjoying greatly. Just received 5 x 300iu's of long acting slin. Not sure whether to kick them off in my recovery period or just save it all for my bulk in Jan? Jans planned cycle is: Weeks 1-12 2g Sust Weeks 1-10 .5g Deca or Tren (may leave these out - dunno if i'd see anything by using them?) Weeks 1-4 50mg Oxy Weeks 1-12 20iu Slin ED (weekends off) Weeks 1-12 8iu HGH EOD Mon - Fri (weekends off) Weeks 1-12 1mg Adex EOD What do you reckon?

looks good mate, definately put the deca in at 500mg per week. save the tren for pre comp. id personally use the growth pwo, but it works pretty much however its run or so it seems! if your off now, and not losing too much size, then i would leave the slin untill you start bulking again when you also have the aas there. if your having time off clean to rest the body, then IMO it should be off everything for maximum health benefit youll do really well off that mate. Im looking forward to seeing you in comp shape, i think you will look very good indeed.

Have you ran Test as high as 2g before though?? With the slow acting slin you can run it everyday with no problems. I'm finished up lantus this week and will have ran it everyday for 5wks.

Ran 1.5g as the highest before mate with 500mg deca. Not a huge difference in amounts really but I want to make the most of the meds being used. I like slin so can't wait to use. Would you recommend building up to 20iu per day?
