Welcome Harry It would be beneficial, but benefit derived from HGH is really quite limited, especially from a cost/benefit aspect. imo it is better to use it during a hard cutting period, rather than a mass gain goal.

Partyboy do you think the infomation in the first post is still up to date as the post is nearly 7 years old now. I have no infomation to say its not i just thought other studies might of been done since to prove different effects/side effects/use/dosage etc or we still good on that infomation.

I am debating weather to use HGH or not, i idealy want to run it for 12 month minimum. I would be cycling different AAS with it, getting mixed views from people who have being in the game alot longer than me some saying dont waste your time just run AAS. Can anyone justify if there is any point in running GH other than the obvious.

Unless you're competing or earning a wage/kudos from your performance then dont bother. It's the cherry on the cake and for most it isnt necessary and is a needless added expense, up your dose of aas if you must or use ghrp6 as a much cheaper alternative. That said most wont listen and will go ahead and run it anyway then rave over the very limited results that it produces with regards to muscle gains to justify them spending the money on it... its rife on the internet and it's a load of bollocks. Plenty of cheaper ways to produce similar results. So unless you've got the cake to stick to the cherry on and need to do it.... don't... that's my advice.

I would suggest you get an IGF-1 blood test to see what is your natural level first.

hello I read the first 19/20 pages of this thread then took a look at the original one posted by raven (which i read before). I read some comments throughout that the effects on HGH is not very noticable without using a steriod in conjuction as well, but the below "ranking" doesnt seem to conform to this unless its ranked along with taking a steriod? I dont strictly go to the gym, maybe 2/3 times a week as my main focus is mma. My diet for cutting to make weight gets the job done and I dont feel (from mirror basis) that I loose any muscle. So my question is if the below rating is accruate without a steriod surely HGH would be beneficial for me? Saw this on another board and thought it was some pretty good information on using HGH. Growth Hormone Rating: (1 being the lowest, 5 being the highest) Strength-4 Weight Gain-4 Fat Loss-4 Side Effects-2 Keep Gains--4

hi thoon I dont have any to hand as im considering if i should use it first or not based on what benefits i could get. I train 2/3 times a week in the gym, usually 2/3 cardio sessions a week + all my mma training as well. On the days i go gym i will usually use either deadlifts, squats or cleans as my main exercise. Then split out the rest of the body over the 2/3 days. Thanks

If you want my honest advice i wouldn't bother with the GH mate unless you are running it with AAS or Slin the results you get are not worth the cost A few things i would recommend you looking in are either AAS Igf-Lr3 or a combo of Ghrp and mod-grf If you cant do AAS for reasons then i would go with the Ghrp route as i think you will see greater results from these two combined than GH

what would the combo of Ghrp and mod-grf provide in terms of benefits/negatives. From what ive read the sides of hgh are alot less than steriods

No sides as to speak of ..But what Ghrp's do is they make your body realise GH So this is going to be better than a synthetic Gh If you do this 3 to 5 times a day you are on to a winner ..

what kind of quantity would i need to buy this in/take for it to be most effective thoon? also im a little concerned about doing the actual injections as it looks alot more complicated than i thought it would be. i read the article on here about the different places that you can inject etc but as its my first time a little paranoid

To be honest mate once you have done the mixing and working out once its just as easy as GH ..And you can do all of your jabs in to your belly fat Run Ghrp-2 or 6 and Mod-grf at 100mcg of each 3 times per day .. the timings are a bit more important than GH but if you start a thread on it we can work you out a plan Run it for as long as possible but it does work out a lot cheaper than GH
