It says each pill is 400,ug.....what the hell does that mean? Is it 0.4 of a g?

As opposed to the confusing prefix milli (m) which means one thousandth of something. Not to be confused with big M meaning Mega (one million of something). Hence 1 millionth of something is the same as saying 1000 thousandth of something.
