Effective dose - Tribulus and Beta Ecdysterone

Is there a effective dose for tribulus and beta ecdysterone? I have started taking double the dose of tribulus (90% saponins) 300mg per tab - 6 tabs a day and beta ecdysterone 300mg per tab , 2 tabs a day. What doses have you guys found effective?

Up to 1g of the ecdysterone. Not sure on the tribulus, never found a dose that works for me.
