Salad cream and beetroot go nice with it, or i'll mix it with honey mustard salad dressing.

How about you alternate it with other things, and just don't eat it every day.... eating the same things day in, day out is not good, and you will tire of it, and potentially get to the stage where you really can't stomach it.

Incidentally, its nice mixed with a tub of salsa for a sandwich filling...

I had the same problem a year or so back. I ate so much that the thought of it made me sick. I didn't eat any tuna for a couple of years.

Now I buy packs of uncle ben's microwave rice (thai curry is my fave), nuke it for 2 minutes, then empty the whole tin in cold and mix it up- lovely!

Mix the tin with 1 small tin of sweet corn, 3-4 chopped spring onions and light salad cream.
Very tasty and the sweetcorn adds a little crunch to it too. :)

Re:tuna - 1 day and 10 hrs. ago ( #18 )
1 medium onion chopped
Couple green chillies (adjust depending how hot you like)
1 tablespoon garam massala
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 cloves of garlic chopped

Fry off the onions and garlic
add chillies and spices, let cook for a few minutes
Add a can of tuna drained, cook for about 7 mins

makes a nice spicy dry tuna curry, have it with a few wholeweat pitta's or as a filling on jacket potato

Heres a good recipe, assuming you have just bagged the tuna from sea fishing. Take tuna from line and do 2 sets of 8 rep shouder press with whole tuna. Lower to back of neck ensuring the boats deck is stable, blast out 3 sets 10/12reps deep squats ! If your bit worn out at this point get the boat captain to kill the tuna !  Then add some garlic and crisp, marinate in the dolphins fat and volia ! Botox !
