how much experince do you have inlifting as you dont look like you have been training for that long , and if you have been training a while youe diet defo needs looking at , head over to the diets section they will sort you out .

you would be better of with 1.25 blues but you have a low bf% so you will get away with the 1'' blue pins you have .
