I am doing a fitness challenge next week and i could realy do with some help the challenge is as follows exercise round 1 round 2 round 3 round 4 press up 25 20 15 10 squat jumps 25 20 15 10 sprawls 25 20 15 10 sit ups 25 20 15 10 star jumps 25 20 15 10 crunches 25 20 15 10 burpees 25 20 15 10 air squats 25 20 15 10 I know this probably isnt nothing to yee real fitness fanatics but i need advice the problem is after the first round lactic acid builds up in the quads and the pain becomes intense is their away of preventing this

I like the look of that!!! Gonna try it tomorrow. I don't know if your gonna be able to increase your tolerance to lactic acid in one week though. Maybe one of the more knowledgeable members will be able to advise you. Have you done that kind of circuit training much before??
