Hey I'm new on here but must say some of the PBs in this thread are awesome :) Especially the deadlifts (my weakest lift) :/
 
Also can I ask what's a sissy squat? I had a proud moment last week when I done a 110kg box squat for 5 :) without the box I'm comfortable with 70kg now and also I don't know whether these are any good but I was happy I could bench 40kg for 8 and my lat pull down I managed 60kg for 4 :)
 
There's hardly any girls who use weights at my gym so when I ask the guys if it's any good I just get a 'yeah, is alright'.. Haha

Not often I want to blow my eating trumpet but have had 5 days immaculately clean eating but more importantly, went to cinema last night and DIDN'T eat Popcorn.

Well, I have lost 7 kg....and getting back to somewhere close to reasonable....being 93kg is really not a great look for me so at 86kg its not great yet got 4kg to go. BEFORE XMAS!

I havent been on here for ages, just had a quick read at the amazing achievements... all very inspiring! Wanted to share my own, very proud of myself, very, very slowly I have gone from 12stone 4 to 10stone 6 this year, starting to look like I work out! Got up to a 60kg bench, really want to be able to bench more than I weigh, maybe one day soon!
Big thank you to all you ladies who have inspired me to keep trying!
