uneven triceps

hi guys,

i have noticed recently that my right tricep is quite a lot bigger than my left. so i was wondering how i would go about evening them up.

should i do more reps per set with my left?

or an extra complete set with just my left?

or something else?

thanks chaps

You could do a few more single arm isolate exercises. Keep the weight on your right arm the same until your left arm catches up?

    Single arm Tricep kick backs
    Single arm pull downs
    Single arm overhead extentions?

Just an example of a potential option. I could be wrong but that's what I would do.

How much bigger is it? Most people have one arm bigger than there other don't they?

by the tape my left arm is only quarter of an inch smaller. but in the mirror there is a noticable difference between the triceps. no probem with biceps.

i think i might throw in an extra couple of sets of left tricep isolations at the end of my arm workout.

    would this work?

    same with me

on close grip bench work make sure you are in mddle of bench and take the bar down evenly and push up evenly same with dips

swap out skulls with ez bar for dumbell skulls

use the cables to do single arm motions

    dont neglect your overhead work

dont train one more than the other just follow the above just make sure you squueze the muscle and the other will catch up as long as your not dieting

    cheers,

i'll definitely try the dumbell skulls instead of ez bar, i hadn't even thought of that!
